Frank Walsh, the amateur New Jersey burglar and firebug, who was found with his clothes ablaze beside an open safe in the office of the Long Dock Milling Company, in Jersey City, late Sunday night, died yesterday in St. Francis's Hospital. His face, arms, and legs had been terribly burned by gasoline flames.
