Noelia, nome d'arte di Noelia Lorenzo Monge (San Juan, 31 agosto 1979), è una cantante e attrice portoricana.
Durante la sua carriera ha pubblicato numerosi singoli entrati nella classifica Latin Billboard Top 40 e ha venduto oltre quattro milioni di CD in tutto il mondo.
Noelia ha mostrato interesse per la musica sin da bambina. Nel 1998 ha cominciato a lavorare al suo primo album, uscito con il titolo Noelia nel 1999 e dal quale sono stati estratti il primo singolo Tu, il secondo singolo Toco La Luz e il terzo singolo, Candela, che ebbe grande successo in Italia nel 2001.
Successivamente ha pubblicato altri album per l'etichetta Fonovisa e ancora per la EMI e per la Pink Star Music.
Nel 2013 esce la versione di Mind Blown su Urbanlife Records, con il remix di Bsharry che arriva alla prima posizione su iTunes per due settimane.
