FORTRESS MONROE, Va., Dec. 28.--On the evening of the 24th inst, a fight occurred at Smithville, a small collection of houses on the road from Hampton to Yorktown, and generally known as the "Half-way House," in which two colored men were shot and instantly killed and two more badly out by a white man named Howard Dunn, a farmer.
