LEAD: The pressmen of The New York Times voted yesterday to ratify the tentative contract settlement negotiated earlier this month by management and their union, New York Printing Pressmen's Union Local 2. The president of the union, Lenny Higgins, said that the pressmen voted 216 to 44 to accept a 33 percent increase in wages over six years and a 10-year agreement on staffing levels.

LEAD: An investment group led by Pamour Inc., a gold mining concern based in Timmins, Ontario, has purchased a 8.2 percent stake in Dickenson Mines Ltd. In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Pamour said it ''may decide that it is desirable to seek control'' of Dickenson, a gold mining concern in Toronto.

LEAD: Spain's banking community speculated that Banco de Bilbao might revise its takeover offer for the nation's second-largest bank, Banesto, which Friday rejected its first offer. In announcing that the bid by the smaller bank had been turned down, a spokesman for Banesto, whose formal name is Banco Espanol de Credito, said that the bank was prepared to consider another offer if one were made.
